Increase in plumbing costs
The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 0.5 per cent from December 2013 to January 2014.

From January 2013 to January 2014, the construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 2.3 per cent. The costs of sanitary installations and heating installations rose by 1.0 and 3.8 per cent respectively in the same period.
