Minor increase in plumbing costs

The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings increased by 0.1 per cent from September to October this year. The increase is mainly due to higher administration costs. The plumbing costs were 2.4 per cent higher in October 2015 than in October 2014.

From October 2014 to October 2015, the costs of sanitary installations and heating installations increased by 2.9 and 1.9 per cent respectively. The material costs for sanitary installations rose by 3.1 per cent, whilst material costs for heating installations rose by 1.4 per cent during the same period.
