Continued increase in wholesale prices

Wholesale prices increased by 5.6 per cent from the second quarter of 2007 to the second quarter of 2008. From the first quarter 2008 to the second quarter of 2008, the increase was 3.1 per cent. Fuel prices increased by 23.9 per cent from the second quarter of 2007 to the second quarter of 2008.
