Wholesale prices increased from the previous year

Wholesale prices increased by 1.1 per cent from the 1st quarter of 2008 to the 1st quarter of 2009. From the 4th quarter of 2008 to the 1st quarter of 2009, wholesale prices decreased by 1.8 per cent. Fuel prices decreased by 12.9 per cent from the 4th quarter of 2008 to the 1st quarter of 2009.
