Drop in prices of petroleum

The total index went down by 1.8 per cent from October to November. The largest contributor to the decline was a 13 per cent drop in prices of petroleum and petroleum products. Last months decrease in food prices continued through November, and prices are down 0.2 per cent compared with October.
