Price rises on different energy products
Higher prices on energy products such as petroleum products and electricity contributed strongly to the 0.8 per cent rise in the PIF from February to March. Prices on petroleum and petroleum products rose by nearly 8 per cent during this period. Higher prices on fish in particular, but also vegetables and fruit contributed to higher food prices from February.
