Growth in price indices for telecommunication services was caused by an increase in prices for business customers, up 3.4 per cent from the third quarter of 2012. Prices for individual customers remained unchanged.

From the fourth quarter of 2011 to the fourth quarter of 2012, prices for telecommunication services fell 6.5 per cent for individual customers and increased 4.3 per cent for business customers.

Although prices for computer consultancy declined from the third to the fourth quarter of 2012, they showed 1.6 per cent growth from the fourth quarter of 2011 to the same period in 2012. There was an increase in price indices in all the groups of computer consultants by competence level, particularly for specialists at the lowest competence level, whose prices rose by 4.3 per cent. Among the five categories of computer consultants, the highest increase in prices was posted for IT architects and advisers: 3.1 and 3.4 per cent respectively.
