Price increase for management consultancy

The prices for business management and consultancy services increased by 5.1 per cent compared to the 1st quarter of 2013. This is the largest annual price increase since the 3rd quarter of 2010.

Compared to the previous quarter, the prices increased by 3.4 per cent.

Price increase within car rental and advertising

From the 1st quarter of 2013 to the 1st quarter of 2014, the prices for car rental went up 5.3 per cent, which is the largest annual price increase since the 3rd quarter of 2009. Compared to the previous quarter, prices increased by 2.4 per cent.

Advertising had a price growth of 5.2 per cent in the 1st quarter of 2014, compared to the same quarter in 2013.

Lower price growth within cleaning activities

The prices for cleaning activities increased by 1.7 per cent from the 1st quarter of 2013 to the 1st quarter of 2014. This is the first time since the survey started (in 2005) that prices have increased less than 2 per cent on an annual basis for this activity. Compared to the 1st quarter of 2013, prices went up by 0.3 per cent.
