The Coastal Liner gets more travelers
The number of passengers increased by 13.4 per cent from the fourth quarter 2000 to the fourth quarter 2001.
86 865 passengers traveled with the Express Coastal Liner in the fourth quarter last year. Both on northbound and southbound route there were a significant increase in travelers. The number of passengers was stable in October, but in November and December there were an increase by 22 and 18.9 per cent, respectively.
6 per cent increase in 2001
From 2000 to 2001 the number of passengers increased by 25 476 to 446 684. The increase split evenly between northbound and southbound route. In the first quarter the number of passengers increased by 13.4 per cent, and in the second quarter by 5.6 per cent compared with 2000.
