Growth for production of motion picture, video and television programme
Motion picture, video and television programme activities had an increase in turnover in 2016. Preliminary figures showed an increase of 17.5 per cent compared with the same quarter last year.

The section «information and communication» had a slight increase in turnover of 0.8 per cent in the third quarter of 2016 compared with the third quarter of 2015. The divisions «publishing activities» and «telecommunication» contributed most to the weak trend.
Growth for accommodation and food service activities
There has been a steady growth in turnover for the section «accommodation and food service activities» so far in 2016. «Accommodation» increased turnover by 9.4 per cent in the third quarter of 2016 compared with the same quarter in 2015. The turnover for the division «food and beverage service activities» increased by 3.8 per cent in the same period.
Growth for land transport
All groups increased turnover, except «freight rail transport», which decreased by 12.7 per cent. «Freight transport by road and removal services», which dominates the division, increased turnover by 2.2 per cent in the third quarter of 2016.
Up and down for water transport
«Sea and coastal freight water transport», which dominates the division, decreased turnover by 17.1 per cent compared with the third quarter of 2015. The group «sea and coastal passenger water transport» increased turnover by 7.7 per cent in the same period.
Growth for air transport
The division «air transport» increased turnover by 5.0 per cent in the third quarter of 2016 compared with the same quarter in 2015. The groups «passenger air transport» and «freight air transport» both contributed to the increase.
