A considerable fall in export price of fresh salmon

In the period from May 28th – June 3rd the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 66.17 per kilo, down 10.2 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 826 tonnes in the period May 28th – June 3rd. This is 9.5 per cent more than in the previous week, May 21st – May 27th, when exported volume was 15 363 tonnes.

Norway exported 317 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 61.92 per kilo in the period May 28th – June 3rd.
