A decrease in export price of fresh salmon

In the period March 15th – March 21st the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 59.97 per kilo, down 4.5 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 17 699 tonnes in the period March 15th – March 21st. This is 4.4 per cent more than in the previous week, March 8th – March 14th, when exported volume was 16 959 tonnes.

Norway exported 276 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 50.92 per kilo in the period March 15th – March 21st.
