A fall in export price of fresh salmon

In the period April 12th – April 18th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 60.99 per kilo, down 6.4 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 17 979 tonnes in the period April 12th – April 18th. This is 18.7 per cent more than in the previous week, April 5th – April 11th, when exported volume was 15 144 tonnes.

Norway exported 161 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 64.01 per kilo in the period April 12th – April 18th.
