A small decrease in export price of fresh salmon

In the period from August 20th – August 26th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 52.99 per kilo, down 1.2 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 18 551 tonnes in the period August 20th – August 26th. This is 2.4 per cent less than in the previous week, August 13th – August 19th, when exported volume was 19 004 tonnes.

Norway exported 495 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 59.57 per kilo in the period August 20th – August 26th.
