A small increase in export price of fresh salmon

In the period August 5th – August 11th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 54.45 per kilo, up 0.6 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 19 035 tonnes in the period August 5th – August 11th. This is 2.0 per cent less than in the previous week, July 29th – August 4th, when exported volume was 19 422 tonnes.

Norway exported 521 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 59.07 per kilo in the period August 5th – August 11th.
