Decline in export price of fresh salmon

In the period July 27th – August 2nd the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 49.72 per kilo, down 4.8 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 616 tonnes in the period July 27th – August 2nd. This is 0.8 per cent more than in the previous week, July 20th – July 26th, when exported volume was 16 482 tonnes.

Norway exported 331 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 58.51 per kilo in the period July 27th – August 2nd.
