Decrease in export price of fresh salmon

In the period March 11th – March 17th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 71,55 per kilo, down 1.2 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 14 472 tonnes in the period March 11th – March 17th. This is 0.6 per cent more than in the previous week, March 4th – March 10th, when exported volume was 14 387 tonnes.

Norway exported 375 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 63.08 per kilo in the period March 11th – March 17th.
