Decrease in export price of fresh salmon

In the period May 27th – June 2nd the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 58.52 per kilo, down 4.6 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 17 473 tonnes in the period May 27th – June 2nd. This is 8.0 per cent less than in the previous week, May 20th – May 26th, when exported volume was 18 992 tonnes.

Norway exported 430 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 63.92 per kilo in the period May 27th – June 2nd.
