Decrease in export price of fresh salmon

In the period August 19th – August 25th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 51.82 per kilo, down 5.9 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 20 732 tonnes in the period August 19th – August 25th. This is 6.3 per cent more than in the previous week, August 12th – August 18th, when exported volume was 19 510 tonnes.

Norway exported 406 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 57.77 per kilo in the period August 19th – August 25th.
