Decrease in export price of fresh salmon

In the period March 9th – March 15th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 66.17 per kilo, down 2.3 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 18 009 tonnes in the period March 9th – March 15th. This is 20.9 per cent more than in the previous week, March 2nd – March 8th, when exported volume was 14 891 tonnes.

Norway exported 258 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 59.99 per kilo in the period March 9th – March 15th.
