Decrease in export price of fresh salmon

In the period May 25th – May 31st the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 64.28 per kilo, down 1.8 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 342 tonnes in the period May 25th – May 31st. This is 6.0 per cent higher than in the previous week, May 18th – May 24th, when exported volume was 15 417 tonnes.

Norway exported 344 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 58.56 per kilo in the period May 25th – May 31st.
