Drop in export price of fresh salmon

In the period April 29th – May 5th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 62.85 per kilo, down 9.6 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 133 tonnes in the period April 29th – May 5th. This is 0.6 per cent more than in the previous week, April 22nd – April 28th, when exported volume was 16 037 tonnes.

Norway exported 125 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 57,53 per kilo in the period April 29th – May 5th.
