Increase in export price of fresh salmon

In the period from July 30th – August 5th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 57.44 per kilo, up 2.4 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 17 466 tonnes in the period July 30th – August 5th. This is 0.6 per cent more than in the previous week, July 23rd – July 29th, when exported volume was 17 367 tonnes.

Norway exported 294 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 64.20 per kilo in the period July 30th – August 5th.
