Increase in export price of fresh salmon

In the period February 18th – February 24th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 60.00 per kilo, up 5.6 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 17 103 tonnes in the period February 18th – February 24th. This is 3.0 per cent less than in the previous week, February 11th – February 17th, when exported volume was 17 634 tonnes.

Norway exported 315 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 63.51 per kilo in the period February 18th – February 24th.
