Increase in export price of fresh salmon

In the period April 1st – April 7th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 68.21 per kilo, up 4.7 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 17 409 tonnes in the period April 1st – April 7th. This is 0.3 per cent less than in the previous week, March 25th – March 31st, when exported volume was 17 460 tonnes.

Norway exported 202 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 64.93 per kilo in the period April 1st – April 7th.
