Increase in export price of fresh salmon

In the period May 13th – May 19th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 65.48 per kilo, up 5.7 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 127 tonnes in the period May 13th – May 19th. This is 1.2 per cent less than in the previous week, May 6th – May 12th, when exported volume was 16 315 tonnes.

Norway exported 298 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 64.99 per kilo in the period May 13th – May 19th.
