Increase in export price of fresh salmon

In the period March 30th – April 5th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 60.04 per kilo, up 1.8 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 955 tonnes in the period March 30th – April 5th. This is 8.2 per cent more than in the previous week, March 23rd – March 29th, when exported volume was 15 676 tonnes.

Norway exported 266 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 64.18 per kilo in the period March 30th – April 5th.
