Increase in export price of fresh salmon

In the period August 10th – August 16th the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 51.70 per kilo, up 4.2 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 17 910 tonnes in the period August 10th – August 16th. This is 3.0 per cent less than in the previous week, August 3rd – August 9th, when exported volume was 18 471 tonnes.

Norway exported 300 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 56.73 per kilo in the period August 10th – August 16th.
