Substantial rise in export price of fresh salmon

In the period from August 27th – September 2nd the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 57.43 per kilo, up 8.4 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 17 501 tonnes in the period August 27th – September 2nd. This is 5.7 per cent less than in the previous week, August 20th – August 26th, when exported volume was 18 551 tonnes.
