A small increase in export price of fresh salmon

In the period from 7 April to 13 April, the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 44.35 per kilo. This is a small increase of 0.8 per cent from the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 19 722 tonnes in the period from 7 April to 13 April, a substantial increase of 13.9 per cent from the period 31 March to 6 April. A larger export volume is normal for the week before Easter.

Norway exported 473 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 44.65 per kilo in the period from 7 April to 13 April.
