Decline in salmon export price

In the period from 18 August to 24 August, the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 34.95 per kilo. This is a decrease of 2.4 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 726 tonnes in the period from 18 August to 24 August, an increase of 6.5 per cent from the period 11 August to 17 August.

Norway exported 967 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 39.79 per kilo in the period 18 August to 24 August.
