A considerable drop in salmon export price

In the period from 26 January – 1 February the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 39.78 per kilo. This is a drop of 10.2 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 14 810 tonnes in the period 26 January – 1 February, down 9.9 per cent compared to the period 19 January – 25 January.

Norway exported 469 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 45.25 per kilo in the period 26 January – 1 February.
