Fall in salmon export price

In the period from 23 February – 1 March the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 39.10 per kilo. This is a drop of 6.4 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 173 tonnes in the period 23 February – 1 March, down 1.9 per cent compared to the period 16 February – 22 February.

Norway exported 514 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 45.61 per kilo in the period 23 February – 1 March.
