Increase in salmon export price

In the period from 2 March – 8 March the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 41.14 per kilo. This is an increase of 5.2 per cent, compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 15 920 tonnes in the period 2 March – 8 March, down 1.6 per cent compared to the period 23 Februar – 1 March.

Norway exported 681 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 45.53 per kilo in the period 2 March – 8 March.
