Increase in salmon export price

In the period from 9 March – 15 March the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 42.47 per kilo. This is an increase of 3.2 per cent, compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 17 767 tonnes in the period 9 March – 15 March, up 11.6 per cent compared to the period 2 March – 8 March.

Norway exported 724 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 44.31 per kilo in the period 9 March – 15 March.
