Drop in salmon export price

In the period from 13 April – 19 April the export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 39.35 per kilo. This a fall of 6.8 per cent, compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 17 988 tonnes in the period 13 April – 19 April, up 14.1 per cent compared to the period 6 April – 12 April.

Norway exported 824 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 43.96 per kilo in the period 13 April – 19 April.
