Increase of 4 per cent in October

Compared with October 2005, the turnover for petrol stations increased by 3.9 per cent in October this year. In this period, the sales of engine fuel rose by 5.4 per cent.

In the first ten months this year, the petrol stations in Norway sold for NOK 34.2 billion, and this is 7.6 per cent more than in the corresponding period last year. The turnover for petrol and lubricants was NOK 25.3 billion, 10.0 per cent more than in the first ten months in 2005.
