Small increase in February

Compared to February 2006, the turnover of petrol stations in Norway increased by 0.4 per cent or NOK 11 million in February this year. The total turnover was NOK 2.9 billion in February.

The turnover for engine fuel and lubricants decreased by 1.5 per cent or NOK 31.6 million in February this year compared to the same period last year. Food service and everyday commodities on the other hand, had an increase of 13.6 and 3.2 per cent respectively. The sales of car equipment rose by 17.8 per cent, while the turnover of workshop service and car wash decreased by 9.6 the same period.
