Up 3.7 per cent in September

Compared to September 2006, the turnover of petrol stations in Norway increased by 3.7 per cent or NOK 126 million in September this year. The total turnover was NOK 3.5 billion in September.

The turnover for engine fuel and lubricants made NOK 2.6 billion, NOK 87 million or 3.4 per cent more than the same month in 2006.

The petrol stations sales of food service and everyday commodities rose by 9.8 and 4.4 per cent respectively, compared to September last year.

NOK 31.9 billion the nine first month

In the nine first months this year, the total turnover of petrol stations in Norway was NOK 31.9 billion, NOK 1.1 billion more than the same period last year. This is equivalent to a rise of 3.6 per cent.
