Decrease within support service activities
Seasonally-adjusted turnover within administrative and support service activities decreased by 1.5 per cent from the 4th quarter of 2014 to the 1st quarter of 2015. In the previous period, turnover increased by 1.1 per cent.

Establishments within employment activities had the largest decrease in turnover in the 1st quarter within administrative support service activities. Seasonally-adjusted turnover decreased by 4.7 per cent from the 4th quarter of 2014 to the 1st quarter of 2015. Within travel agencies and tour operators, turnover decreased by 1.7 per cent compared to the previous period. Turnover within the division office administrative, office support and other business support activities had the largest increase, by 1.3 per cent, compared to the 4th quarter of 2014. Compared to the 1st quarter of 2014, turnover increased within administrative and support activities by 1.6 per cent
Growth within scientific research and development
According to seasonally-adjusted figures, turnover decreased by 0.1 per cent within professional, scientific and technical activities from the 4th quarter of 2014 to the 1st quarter of 2015. In the previous period, turnover increased by 1.3 per cent. The establishments within scientific research and development experienced the largest increase in seasonally-adjusted turnover, of 9.2 per cent, compared to the 4th quarter of 2014. The division architectural and engineering activities experienced a decrease in turnover of 1.9 per cent. Compared to the same period in 2014, turnover within professional, scientific and technical activities increased by 0.9 per cent.
Small decrease for real estate activities
Seasonally-adjusted turnover decreased by 0.3 per cent from the 4th quarter of 2014 to the 1st quarter of 2015. Compared to the 1st quarter of 2014, turnover decreased by 0.9 per cent.
