Volume index for wholesale trade, Q1 2003

The volume of the wholesale of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and related products increased the most, by 8.5 per cent. The volume for wholesale of household goods increased by 5.6 per cent, and the volume of wholesale of food, beverages and tobacco increased by 4.8 per cent.

3.1 per cent increase during 2002

During 2002 the volume for wholesale trade increased by 3.1 per cent compared with figures from 2001. The wholesale of food, beverages and tobacco increased the most, by 13.9 per cent during this period.
