Legal activities for NOK 13.8 billion

Enterprises that operate within legal activities services had a total turnover of NOK 13.8 billion in 2013. Legal advisory and representation services in business/commercial law covered 50 per cent of the total market, with NOK 6.9 billion.

The turnover within civil law activities covered 20.3 per cent, equal to NOK 2.8 billion. Within other legal activities, the turnover amounted to NOK 1.7 billion, equal to 12.1 per cent of the total turnover.

Employment activities of NOK 35.5 billion

Enterprises that operate within employment activities had a total turnover of NOK 35.5 billion in 2013. Supply of personnel within manufacturing amounted to NOK 10.6 billion in 2013, and as in 2012, was the largest group measured by turnover, covering almost 30 per cent of the total turnover. Supply of personnel within construction covered 18.6 per cent of the total turnover, equal to NOK 6.6 billion. The turnover of supply of personnel for office support was NOK 5.9 billion in 2013.

Architectural and engineering services

Enterprises within architectural and engineering services had a total turnover in 2013 of NOK 114.5 billion; an increase of 10 per cent compared to 2012. Engineering activities covered 58.7 per cent of the total turnover, amounting to NOK 67.2 billion. Engineering services within power projects and industrial/manufacturing projects had the largest turnover within engineering activities, with NOK 15.3 billion and NOK 16.1 billion respectively. Turnover within geological survey covered approximately 25 per cent of the total turnover, amounting to NOK 28.8 billion. The turnover within architectural services was NOK 6.4 billion in 2013, equal to a share of 5.6 per cent of the turnover within architectural and engineering services.
