NOK 9 billion for beauty treatment
The local kind-of-activity-units that operate within hairdressing and other beauty treatment had a turnover of NOK 9 billion in 2013. This is an increase of 3.1 per cent compared to 2012.

The number of units increased by 2 per cent to a total of 7 790. Employment increased to 16 891 persons.
The turnover within washing and dry-cleaning of textile and fur products experienced an increase of 3.5 per cent to a total of NOK 2.4 billion. A total of 2 617 persons were employed in this class; a decrease of 5.1 per cent compared to 2012.
NOK 2.3 billion for repairs
The local kind-of-activity units within repair of computers and personal household goods had a turnover of NOK 2.3 billion, unchanged compared to 2012. The group repair of computers and communication equipment experienced an increase in turnover of 4 per cent, to a total of NOK 1.2 billion. The units operating within repair of personal and household goods had a total turnover of NOK 1.1 billion; a decrease of 2.8 per cent.
In total, the number of units within other service statistics increased by 2.5 per cent. The 12 019 units had a turnover of NOK 16.6 billion; an increase of 3.7 per cent. The gross investments were NOK 421 million in 2013.
