Turnover growth for hair and beauty
The turnover in hairdressing and other beauty treatment was NOK 6.7 billion in 2007. This is 8 per cent higher than in 2006.
In the sixth period (November and December) of 2007, hairdressers and other beauty treatment businesses had a turnover of NOK 1.3 billion. This is an increase of 6 per cent compared with the same period in 2006.
Washing and dry-cleaning of textile and fur products had a turnover of NOK 2 billion in 2007. This is an increase of 8 per cent compared with 2006. In November and December 2007, the turnover was NOK 335 million, a 5 per cent increase compared with the corresponding period in 2006.
Funeral agencies and businesses in related activities had a turnover of NOK 1 billion in 2007. This is an increase of 8 per cent from 2006.
