Sales of motor vehicles up 3.3 per cent
The turnover for industries within trade and repair of motor vehicles and sales of energy fuel increased by 3.3 per cent from the first quarter of 2007 to the first quarter of 2008. In the same period, there was a growth of 2.8 per cent for wholesale industries.

The preliminary figures for NACE 50 and 51 are published as quarterly indices of value, and at two-digit sector level only. The next publication, at the end of June, will contain bimonthly figures at a more detailed level and they will be published in NOK. See also bimonthly figures under “ Previous articles ”. |
