Retail sales up 3.3 per cent
The turnover in retail sales in Norway was NOK 375 billion in the first ten months of 2015, which corresponds to an increase of 3.3 per cent compared to the same period in 2014.

By comparison, the index of retail sales showed an increase of 3.2 per cent.
In September and October (5th period), the turnover in retail sales was nearly NOK 78 billion; an increase of 3.6 per cent from the same period the year before.
Trade and repair of motor vehicles increased by 9.2 per cent
The sales and repair of motor vehicles had a turnover of NOK 186 billion during the first ten months of 2015. Compared to the same period in 2014 this is a growth of 9.2 per cent.
In the fifth period, the sales and repair of motor vehicles rose by 9.3 per cent compared to the same period the year before.
Wholesale of NOK 724 billion
The turnover in wholesale was NOK 724 billion in the first ten months last year, which is an increase of 3.3 per cent from 2014.
In the fifth period, the turnover was NOK 159 billion; a growth of 1.9 per cent from the same period a year earlier.
