Still decreasing number of bankruptcies
The number of bankruptcies in the second quarter of 2004 decreased by 22 per cent compared to the second quarter of 2003, and by 10 per cent compared to the last quarter. In the second quarter of 2004 the number of bankruptcies was 1 093.
Statistics about bankruptcies from 1999 are available in StatBank Norway. Figures by industrial activity, legal form, year of establishment and size groups are available on national and county level.
