54 per cent of limited companies had one shareholder
Fifty-four per cent of all private and public limited companies had one shareholder as per 1 January 2008. Only 7 per cent of all shareholders were the sole shareholder in the enterprise. A total of 62 per cent of the persons who were shareholders owned shares in only one enterprise.
