Current assets in foreign countries rise
Current assets in foreign countries increased by approximately NOK 60 billion or slightly more than 15 per cent from the second to the third quarter of 2011. Current assets are assets to be used within one year.
Total assets abroad also rose, by about NOK 61 billion or slightly more than 4 per cent in the same period. Assets include current assets and fixed assets.
Current assets in foreign countries rose NOK 80 billion or slightly less than 21 per cent from the third quarter of 2010 to the same quarter in 2011. Total assets also went up in the same period, by slightly more than NOK 181 billion or 14 per cent.
