Roundwood cut up 10 percent

Preliminary calculations show that 9.3 million cubic meters of roundwood was harvested for sale and industrial production in 1994/95. This is 10 percent more than the year before, when the quantity cut was the lowest since 1982/83. The gross value of the roundwood cut is preliminarily calculated at NOK 3.5 billion, up from NOK 2.5 billion the year before.
